We are finding more and more customers that are challenging the value of “we have always done it this way.” Plan Costs continue to be a concern of many group executives, and thinking outside of the box with creative strategies is at the core of how we add value at Watko Benefit Group. We have customers that prefer to remain with the big carriers, but we also have some that have pursued and implemented non-traditional strategies.
